Most people think they will "Travel" in their retirement years. Or they think they will finally experience those "Hobbies" they didn`t have time for during their productive "on the job" Years.
Yes, if you still have your health above age 60 some good things can be done. BUT Surprise - Surprise!!! Many do NOT have their health in their 60`s and beyond. I know numerous individuals personally who CANNOT ANYMORE enjoy their normal activities or indulge in Travel, new hobbies, or any dreamed of "Retirement". LIFE cuts them off short! The "Golden Years" become just boring grim survival for these people with their physical maladies. Some of my friends even DIED at age 60! Well, that is the end of that!
If you wanted to be a Surfer in youth? If you wanted to enjoy those "Hobbies"? IF you wanted to be a hot rodder or restore a sports car? Fly an airplane? Travel to Europe? etc. etc.? IT TURNS OUT!!!! YOU should have done it when you were young and had the energy!!!!!!
LIFE can be shorter than you think - "Enjoyable" LIFE, that is. Think of your own life "schedule" - you won`t live forever! L.
