Location,Location, Location
It`s become very obvious over decades that nice - beautiful homes simply don`t go with blacks, mud races, or Jews. My deceased black next door neighbor was proof of That! But so are so many blighted ghettos. So why Jews are included in this? Because they run the taxes so high that the natural tendency is to let the place run down. So white flight is real and intelligent.
