That Mansion behind me;
Built about 15 years ago. A doctor built it on the ranch property. Then sold out. Now the people living there are living in a single wide trailer! The fancy multi- level mansion is in disrepair - neglect. The owners obviously can`t afford it. What happens when you can`t afford upkeep? Worse yet when you can`t afford taxes! So they will speculate on two "junk" properties around here. They will have to be lucky spending so much to just get their money back. Lot`s of work. lot`s of money spent ... More risk than they see.
Old saying; Given a number of choices, people usually choose the worst one possible!
