SO! What`s the difference between the guy who owns his own business and the one`s who can barely hang on to employment?
IT`S NOT COLLEGE!!!!
Just looking at a cross section of people I know, there are definite differences in habits and perspectives. The "Employee" types who will never own a business lack vision, courage, discipline, willingness to learn, and they usually are involved with beer, cigarettes, Pot, or hard drugs. In fact they indulge whenever they can which is all the time except when expecting a drug test at work!
The truth is; If you own a business activity, you must be willing to work more hours and likely CHEAT on "the bureaucratic rules". You must have a level of responsibility and Vision, and the courage to carry out the resulting plan. Most people fail at the starting gate with NO Vision or Discipline. L.
