Subject: Medieval Dysentery Hits Big Cities!

Technical name; Shigella. And Typhus,Hepatitus A and C on the rise.

A big problem in Medieval times during the Crusades for Crusaders in the Middle East! Basically, Water polluted by human feces. Death rate; roughly 15% in untreated cases. Add the eventual infected rats and fleas with Bubonic Plague and the death rates skyrocket. Typhus also in the Big Cities, currently one step away from it!

24,500 drug addicts using public streets as toilets. Keeping conditions unsafe. I thought the water was unsafe in California 35 Years ago!!! Imagine it now!
