That's why its budget exceeds that of other countries combined. See http://www.truedemocracy.net/h The U.S. “War Department has the US$765 Billion proposed allocation budget for 2022, 50% more than of the overall American national budget as annually as before, spending money on its military budgeting than the allied 10 countries all together. The USA currently has, accordingly, 750, military bases in foreign countries, and has at least three times as many overseas bases as all other countries combined, and are munificently costing American taxpayers’ money of an estimated US$55 billion annually. According to Marian Anderson (1897? - 1993), a U.S. opera singer, 1931, “Where there is money, there is fighting”. More money for war, ergo, more wars are coming. Defense is necessary for any country on this planet with pros and cons effects. The American Government can’t be blamed for this nor any other nations. Defense ends up in wars, unfortunately where human, animal and plant life cycles together are tragically put to demise. Life is all about war by itself. What is ultimately sad is that THOSE POWERFUL INDIVIDUALS behind make hugest profits out of those complexities of wars. There’s a classical dictum, “Si vis pacem, para bellum” – that is, “if you want peace, prepare for war”. (?). Are we all more prepared for more wars these days for wanting to have peace on this planet? Money for wars, vis-à-vis the money for peace. Life, while it is short, and art is long, per se, but it is always a tug of war, while “war is sweet to the inexperienced” – “Dulce bellum inexpertis” according to philosopher Erasmus, and as “war feeds itself”, hence, enriched with various meanings and synonymous definitions, undeniably. It's an inevitable or avoidable human life journey on this planet. Certainly when we die in these various wars, we will rest in peace. (?) The argument of the peace here on earth, the peace of the next life. (?) Jesus Christ said, in John 16:33, “In this world you will have trouble, But take heart! I have overcome the world.” Hence, “he who wants everything loses everything.” “God, Guns and Guts Made America Great.”
