Bone cancer has eaten away at her arm, and doctors warn she could lose it any day unless she's allowed treatment, fast. This awful outcome doesn't have to be inevitable. The King can grant a royal pardon. After intense international pressure he gave a royal pardon to a woman sentenced to a year for an abortion. And in the aftermath of the biggest nationwide protests since the Arab Spring, authorities are especially keen to polish their international image.
