Since the kids on their dirt bikes
wrecked the truck dock over at Union Pacific near here, I`m building one
in my back yard now so I can get the Corvette out of the storage trailer
and even unload trailers conveniently if needed. This one in the photo is
twice as wide as mine but similar style with a dirt ramp; Made out of old
railroad ties. Consider old railroad ties as a structural unit for your
projects. They work well in some applications. Especially if you have to go
underground somewhat. But you do need a strong back to move them! L.
