Too many JUMBO LOANS! Too many NINJA LOANS, again! Too many low wage jobs and big fat mortgages. Stockmarket too high. 

So you waited until the niggers and mud-races are invading your neighborhood? Having trouble selling but the prices are still high? And the taxes are killing you?  

Here`s what to do; Take out a JUMBO LOAN against your property for all it`s worth. Cash out, Then load up the U-haul truck and LEAVE!!!  Don`t have the courage for that? No guts - no glory!

If you don`t, you`ll likely just get caught in the crash.
