I remember the Gold Mining Depression here in 1996-2,000.  You couldn`t run fast enough and pound that for sale sign in your front yard quick enough! Soon, abandoned Real Estate Broker signs were falling down, rusting in the snow & sun all over.  Fat Cat brokers went broke who had speculated in Real Estate. Local businesses quietly went under. Stagnation. Mining Co. employee parking lots were near empty! [Down 85% !!!] It took years to get going again. coronavirus appears to BE the sudden magic that will shut everything down, on a scale we can`t imagine. ReplyReply allForward
