It`s the poverty that goes with their habits. So if you run across vehicles so BAD they can`t even be repaired, well, you can guess the owner`s habits. Another sign is a back yard full of non-running, maybe wrecked vehicles. This happens because they are drunk, doped up, impoverished so the cars get parked and stay there. Meth addicts take them apart but put nothing together. If they are hard up for money, they sell parts off of these autos making them more derelict. Now, just because they are driving a nice car doesn`t really mean much. The vehicle will degenerate rather quickly in their hands. When meeting someone new, check the vehicle they drive! Or what`s in their backyard. It may be a sign.
