As for you Americans that want an easier move to a
Nuclear War SAFE SPOT, I suggest Aberdeen Washington or Ashland Oregon.
Aberdeen is for Deplorables and red-necks. Ashland is a college town loaded
with Liberals, but both are very safe. Both have American lifestyle shopping
opportunities. Even my location in N. Nevada is relatively safe and has low
