You`ll need more experienced workers for that slab. You better triple check your measurements! And then Framing the house is the next BIG job. You better know what you are doing! Requires TOOLS and the SKILLS to use them; An Accurate Level and know how to use it - is mandatory! The Quality of the lumber can be a problem! Your top sills need to be STRAIGHT! Your roof trusses Strong and accurate. All THIS requires MONEY, Long hours of effort, SKILLS, talent, vision. But you will be rewarded with a Savings of a full 50% of the cost.
