At the top, many stocks were making "expanded trading ranges". A rare and dangerous chart pattern so some chartists got the warning. It`s a sign of trader greed and fear and confusion with amplified swings. Currently the Dow has made an extended up cycle with lot`s of trader euphoria. I`m waiting for a trading range - a top formation, to go short myself. Timing has to near perfect in futures.Sometimes I get that perfect setup - very rare now.
