If a sanctuary city is the one which "collects' immigrants. such one is Greece. We have no information about the sick people origin. Some people think that there are no immigrants among refugees...I don't think so. Cities and places in general with bigger population and larger number of inhabitants, are the more infected. It is a nature's law. India and Brazil for example, are either overpopulated or overcrowded in cities. There we meet the biggest percentage of illnesses. Think about cattle or chicken crowded in enclosed rooms, or even wildlife when the herd becomes too big and too dense. Illnesses and epidemics break out! Here in Greece, coronovirus outbreak happens in cities. That's why the government does not allow citizens to go from a city to the villages....anyway, changing territoriy. In the "third" world where those conditions are common, in combination with the low level of health care, the danger is higher, and the fact that they are hosted in other (white) societies does not play any role..
