There is one question that is rarely asked in public, but needs to be once in a while.
Do we actually elect a government that then governs, or is someone outside actually governing -- irrespective of who we think we elect, and with what mandate.
If the latter is true then you have no government at all.
You have a puppet, and that puppet is lying to you about who they are.
Such a puppet has no mandate, may make no law and has no right to govern. His or her dictates are not only able to be ignored with ethical and moral impunity, they may be resisted with whatever force is required to repel same, as those dictates have no force of law, no merit and no authority.
This is the question the citizens of Greece must now ask themselves, in light of the claim that the so-called "terms" the Greek government allegedly submitted late last night to the institutions (formerly called "Troika") appears, from electronic evidence, to possibly have been written not by the Greek Government but rather by a specific member of the European Commission and was fraudulently represented as having originated in Greece!
I do not, as of this point, have a clean copy of said document with a chain of custody I trust to actually be the real document. It is critically important to establish the probity of the file itself, as absent a digital signature that could be verified (which would be very close to irrefutable evidence) such a document establishes, if it is as claimed, proof that the Greeks have no ability to elect a government at all and have been rendered a vassal state of the European Commission.
This is an event that reaches the level of the gravest extreme. It is identical in substance and form to a discovery that Vladimir Putin wrote an Obama Executive Order to impose a tax or disarm Americans.
Such an act, if proved, invalidates the entire government with all that implies.
I caution everyone not to jump to the conclusion that this document is authentic as there are plenty of people who have an interest in doctoring the evidence. As such I reserve judgment until the authenticity of that digital file can be proved up but if the authenticity of that file is established I hope everyone is ready with their popcorn as in my opinion such an event is worthy of repetition of the following:
