A Night of Honor:
A Celebration of All Who Shine
|
|
Chicago,
IL, June 4, 2015 - The PanHellenic
Scholarship Foundation is extremely excited for our annual Awards
Gala which is quickly approaching on Saturday, June 20th, 2015. From
an amazing array of our "best and brightest" Greek-American
students, to our Paradigm
Award recipient, ultra-marathonman Dean Karnazes, we
are looking forward to a night of honor and brilliance.
|
|
As
a non-profit organization that has benefited hundreds of
Greek-American students with over $2.3 million worth of scholarships,
we believe and promote one of the most profound roots in Hellenic
tradition, which is education's role in the development of civilization.
With a great sense of Hellenism, our mission is to see students
become proactive, engaged, and enlightened citizens as a way to
benefit society as a whole.

Krystal White,
actress, producer, writer, and Emcee of our annual Awards Gala, is an
example of this. Krystal White, who lived part of her life in Greece,
is excited and honored to be part of this year's Gala as she
states, "I have
the blood of a culture that gave birth to theater and to the Olympics
running in my veins. Greece may be having its struggles now, but the
history of this country will forever be remarkable and important.
It's an honor to be a part of that. I am also incredibly honored to
be invited to the Gala, and I'm excited to be part of such a
wonderful event for such a GOOD cause!"

"We
are fortunate to have Ms. White as our Emcee. She is a delightful
young lady who possesses all the traits for this assignment to
everyone's pleasure and entertainment," said Chris P.
Tomaras, Founder and Chairman of the Foundation.
With
great support from our benefactors, Mr. Chris P. Tomaras is also
proud that as a non-profit organization we are able to host an event
where hundreds of guests will be amongst thriving and successful
individuals while enjoying a night of dinner, dancing, and the chance
to win $10,000!
We invite you
to come participate in a night of celebrating our honorable Hellenic
roots with an emphasis in education and determination. We are proud
to support these amazing individuals and are looking forward to honor
them on Saturday, June 20th, 2015 at our annual Awards
Gala. To purchase tickets, please call (312) 357-6432 or visit our website. We look
forward to seeing you there!
