Remember the unspoken Historical Rule! If they successfully freeze up or destroy the dollar they also WRECK TAXES. France 1796, Germany 1923, America 1933, Hungary 1946, Mexico 1985, Zimbabwe 2008,

Government must have some way of collecting taxes! There must be a viable currency with confidence for this to happen. i.e.; Zimbabwe has had so much inflation the economy has collapsed into currency worthlessness and perpetual Famine.
