So we have no homeless people here. I just saw a drug addict in the middle of this! Yep! His truck and bicycle are broke down. And he has AIDS from the drugs. Same for civilizations; Oswald Spengler; "Decline of the West"; Civilizations go through "Rout - rally - rout" cycles. When there is no longer recovery then that civilization is done and collapses.
